Your Hoynck Project Manager will:
- Discuss your aspirations with you to define and document your overall objectives and any specific requests relating to your exhibition participation;
- Create a compelling design concept and then check to ensure that it meets your requirements and satisfies the exhibition organiser’s rules and regulations;
- Prepare technical drawings for all stand elements and present these – and your participation plan - to the exhibition organiser to ensure their approval;
- Establish an appropriate and rigorous project plan to ensure that all objectives and deadlines are recorded and met, and that your budget is adhered to;
- Ensure that all elements within your exhibition stands are produced and installed according to Hoynck’s market-leading quality standards;
- Supervise installation of your stand , maintaining control of on site (sub)contractors and local partners, and defining and ordering on site services such as electricity and forklifts;
- Monitor the project on an ongoing basis and give you regular progress reports.
